WASHING OPERATIONS
After completing starting operations, ordinary washing operations can be carried out.
P
REPARATION OF TABLEWARE
- Avoid that food residues dry up on tableware and cutlery. Remove the hardest residues to
prevent rapid water deterioration or filter obstruction.
- Soak the cutlery in water for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the different tableware types in the apposite baskets (suppied or on request).
- Do not overload or superimpose - ex.:
- Line up dishes obliquely and facing upwards, from the smallest to the biggest.
- Place glasses, cups, bowls, etc., upside down.
- Place cutlery in the apposite baskets with handles facing downwards. Check that
they are separate from each other. Cutlery can also be placed and washed on a flat
basket with narrow openings (supplied on request).

ASHING
- introduce the basket with dirty tableware and close the door.
- to select progr. 1 turn on twice, for progr. 2 none and for progr. 1-2 (cold rinsing) turn on
once.
- push starting switch C: the LED of the program will be lightning and indicate the start of
wasching cycle.
- the wasching cycle is ended at the conclusion of LED lightning.
- Put the tableware to drain dry for several seconds and use a cloth to absorb the water left
on the bottom of glasses and cups.

INAL RINSING WITH COLD WATER

IF APPLICABLE
)
- available on request (progr. 1-2) at the end of wasching cycle and rinsing cycle with worm
water.
This operation allows you to wash, for exemple, beer glasses, in order to employ them
immediately.

RAINING
THE TANK
If water is very dirty due to a washing cycle of particularly dirty tableware, drain the tank
following the instructions in the "Daily cleaning" chapter at page 23, and then fill the tank
with clean water.
