guarantees its products against all design and manufacturing defects for two years from the date of
purchase. This guarantee does not include the ordinary wear of both metal and non-metal parts, abuse, using the
equipment beyond its rated capacity and any wear or damage incurred as a result of using a hydraulic fluid which is
not recommended by
LARZEP, S.A.
Please note that if the equipment is disassembled or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service dealer or
by
LARZEP, S.A
., this guarantee is rendered null and void.
In the event of a warranty claim, return the equipment to
LARZEP, S.A
. or the authorized dealer which sold you the
hydraulic equipment.
LARZEP, S.A
. will repair or replace the faulty equipment, whichever is deemed most
appropriate.
LARZEP, S.A.
shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or losses, which may occur as a
result of faulty equipment.
BEFORE USING THE EQUIPMENT AND ESSENTIAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Hydraulic test pumps WAP0070 is designed for testing the tightness of boilers, pipework, pressure reservoirs,…
that are under pressure during standard operations.

All pumps are tested individually.

Read the instruction manual carefully and practise using the equipment before application.

Always use protective goggles, safety shoes and protective gloves.

The pump body is supplied fitted to the tank by screws. The pump is supplied with a suction pipe (3/8”) in the
lower part and with a stainless steel filter to prevent entering solid parts or impurity.

Assembly all components. Pressure gauge and coil are supplied. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened.

Use PTFE (Teflon) tape or in liquid or fillets paste on all threads to prevent any leakage.

Do not modify the device (welded parts, lengthening drive levers, etc.).

Avoid dangerous environment influences (i.e. inflammable fluids or gases).

Place the equipment on a flat and solid area with adequate lighting.

Never exceed the maximum working pressure of the pump. Ensure that all the equipment and accessories are
suitable for the maximum working pressure.

In all cases, the operator should have received adequate training regarding the handling of the device and logical
safety criteria.
