MOUNTING
The quick change mounting system allows for quick mount and dismount from the mounting base. To remove,
loosen the center collar towards the base of the mount to free the base in order to remove it from the cart.
Twist counter-clockwise until loose, lift collar and slide light head away from the base. Follow these steps in
reverse order for attaching light head.
WIRING
(see attached wiring diagram)
This unit comes preconfigured with selected cord cap, color temperature, and beam angle. Once deployed,
plug cord cap into compatible receptacle
.
Voltage:
The C1D1 explosion proof step-down transformer installed in-line provides the ability to
automatically monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels
regardless of input levels across a specific range. These transformers can operate on current
ranging from 90 to 305V AC or 127 to 431V DC without any modifications necessary as a result.
This ability to sense and adjust input current also provides protection against voltage spikes and
drops that can occur in electrical systems which would otherwise result in burning up or premature
LED failure without it. The inline transformer then steps down the input voltage to 24V DC to
power the explosion proof light. We also offer an additional 347-480V high voltage, 125-250V DC,
and 0-10V dimmable versions of this explosion proof LED light fixture.
Follow all applicable local, state, and National Electrical Code for the hazardous area!
