The Larson Electronics EPL-PT-150LED Pole Top Slip Fitter LED light fixture provides operators with a powerful and
energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. Cree LED technology and compact design makes
this lamp an excellent replacement upgrade option for bulky and high maintenance cost older fixtures.
MOUNTING
The EPL-PT-150LED pole top slip fit mount explosion proof light features an
adjustable swivel bracket constructed of 3/8" aluminum that allows 270° of
adjustment and is attached to a slip fit yoke for easy installation. The slip fit
yoke is built to customer`s specs, enabling operators to mount this explosion
proof LED light to their specific pole size. The wiring of the EPL-PT-150LED is
terminated in a junction box with 3/4" threaded hub. Operators can run rigid
pipe or flexible conduit to the junction box, terminating the electrical
connections within. Simply slip this fixture over the pole top of choice, and
tighten the T-handle screws to hold the lamp in position. For tilt adjustment,
loosen the adjustment screws at the sides of the trunnion, tilt the light to
desired angle, then tighten again to hold in place.
WIRING
We strongly encourage a licensed electrician install this product,
in all locations, especially in outdoor areas where
weatherproofing may be required.

This fixture is offered
in multiple voltage ratings. Damage may occur if incorrect voltage is applied.
Attach supply line wires to the appropriate light fixture wires as shown
in the applicable diagram
Secure each pair of wires according to the diagram. Utilize a junction box or similar device and take precautionary steps for
weatherproofing all connections if installed in a location where water may come in contact with the unit.
Ensure the unit is
properly grounded and that wiring is done according to all local and national electrical/building codes.
