The Larson Electronics EPF-VFP-10-120V-NFK-15C-16.3-EPP Explosion Proof Portable Ventilation Exhaust Fan is a
superior solution for improving air flow in combustible environments, hazardous locations and confined spaces. This
weatherproof, exhaust-only fan is compatible with 120V AC. Non-sparking, non-metallic blades actively prevent the
generation of sparks in the area. As a portable unit, the IP54 rated explosion proof ventilation fan features a carrying
handle and rubber feet. This T3B rated unit comes with 15' of 16/3 SOOW cord with an explosion proof cord cap.
MOUNTING
The EPF-VFP-10-120V-NFK-15C-16.3-EPP is equipped with several portable features for seamless mobility around
hazardous work sites. A top-located handle enables operators to carry the fan from one location to another. Rubber feet at
the bottom of the unit helps prevent contact with debris and water on the ground, as well as reduces vibration during
operation. This feature also facilitates stable use on uneven surfaces.
WIRING/PLUG
This explosion proof exhaust fan is equipped with 15 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap
for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include a 5-15, 15-amp straight blade plug or a 5-20, 20-amp
straight blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof outlets.
**PLEASE NOTE** Voltage ratings on plugs and outlets are MAXIMUM voltage. For low voltage applications, proper
voltage must be applied to the outlet or damage to the fan will occur.

Attach supply line wires to the appropriate light fixture wires as shown
in the diagram
Secure each pair of wires according to the diagram. Utilize a junction box
or similar device and take precautionary steps for weatherproofing
all connections if installed in a location where water may come in contact
with the unit. Ensure the unit is properly grounded and that wiring is done
according to all local and national electrical/building codes.
