MOUNTING

Always follow all applicable local and national electrical and building codes when installing this unit.

 We

recommend only a licensed electrician install this unit, particularly in hazardous locations, or in areas where the

unit may come into contact with water.

This exhaust fan is designed for wall mounting applications facilitated by a sliding collar. The unit must fit in a 12.25" x

12.25" opening with 1.5" to 8" thickness during installation.

Start by marking out and creating the opening in the wall/panel the fan is to be mounted to.

Remove sliding collar and slip fan into opening

in exhaust orientation, louvers should face downward

.

Place sliding collar around fan from the rear and slide in

to

place until firmly against the wall.

Use screws or other appropriate mounting hardware to secure front fixed louvers and rear sliding collar to hold fan in

place. Mounting hardware is not included, but is available for purchase from Larson Electronics if needed.

WIRING

We strongly encourage a licensed electrician install this product,

in all locations, especially in outdoor areas where

weatherproofing may be required.

Warning:

Check product label for correct input voltage!

Attach supply line wires to the appropriate light fixture wires as shown in

the diagram

Secure each pair of wires according to the diagram. Utilize a junction box or similar device and take precautionary steps for

weatherproofing all connections if installed in a location where water may come in contact with the unit. Ensure the unit is

properly grounded and that wiring is done according to all local and national electrical/building codes. Take any explosion

proofing measures necessary to maintain ratings for the hazardous area the fan is mounted in, as outlined by NEC.

Refer to the wiring diagram included with your unit if needed.
