POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION

The machine does not start up after
the ON-OFF switch has been pressed
•
No mains voltage;
•
1A fuse is faulty.
•
Check electric supply line;
•
Replace 1A fuse.
•
Pattern will not shape
•
Air valve is clogged or faulty;
•
Air passages in the gun or air line are
clogged;
•
Air cap is damaged, clogged or worn;
•
Control pneumatic unit is faulty.
•
Clean, repair or replace if necessary;
•
Blow, repair or replace if necessary;
•
Clean or replace if necessary;
•
Control, adjust and repair if necessary.
