• Remove the piston from the motor support (

• Check O-ring conditions (

).
• Use pliers to tighten the lower edge of the piston rod (
see figure
)
and use a wrench to loosen the fittings
(

).
• Remove the motor rod (

and make sure it is not damaged.
• Spread Vaseline grease on the motor rod (
N38
) before inserting
it in the piston rod cavity.
• Use pliers to re-tighten the lower edge of the piston rod and
tighten the fitting (

) (
apply a liquid sealant on the threads
).
• Unscrew the rod guide screw (
N30
)[
careful of the washer
(
N31
)]
and make sure that the sealing gasket inside the screw (
N30)
has
not become ruined.
• Remove the screws (

) [
careful of the washers
(

)] and
carefully remove the cylinder (
N34
)
(do not tilt it excessively during
extraction to avoid the motor piston from damaging the internal
surface of the cylinder).
