ELECTRIC PISTON PUMPS
Reliable and long-lasting performances
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The electric airless piston pump is a device used to paint with High Pressure without
the help of air. The pump is run by an electric motor coupled with a gear reducer.
An eccentric shaft and a piston rod allow the “alternative motion” necessary for the
operation of the “pump unit” (suction valve, pump piston, material seal gaskets) that
supplies the material when the piston is both in the ascending and the descending
phase: the pump sucks the material and pushes it towards the outlet.
ADVANTAGE OF USE
- Exclusive LARIUS HEAD CONTROL electric system: the steering system protects
the motor and the card in board in case of no grounding cable, or in the event of
power surges, overheating, or the use of inappropriate extension cables.
- Motor with power capacity that is suited to the machine’s technical and functional
characteristics.
- Ability to work in a “totally efficient” manner with respect to the suctioning and
application of dense and viscous products
- Drying times are significantly reduced due to the lower input of diluent liquids to
the product
- Fewer applications to “cover” the surface to be painted
- High quality components and raw materials with high resistance to wear
- Pressure and spray angle are “constant” during device operation
- Easy operation, cleaning and maintenance
INDICATIONS OF USE
To ensure correct operation of the airless electric piston equipment the “minimum
power requirements” must be respected. The use of power that is less than that
indicated may compromise the integrity and the correct operation of the equipment.
The use of electric cables with a diameter of at least 2.5mm2 is recommended; ensu-
re system grounding on the motor generator.

NOZZLE
Pair the nozzle with the type of work to be carried out in order to optimise the fi-
nishing quality and the speed of application. The nozzle is identified through the
numbers printed on it: the first number indicates the diameter of the mouth while the
second number indicates the spraying angle.
