Hardware Installation

Northbridge Heat Sink

The Northbridge must be kept cool by using a heat sink. The heat sink will dis-
sipate heat generated by the Northbridge. Without the heat sink, the Northbridge
will overheat damaging both the Northbridge and the system board.
