As with all devices designed to assist the elderly or disabled, care should be taken to avoid sudden or undue 
movement when using the equipment. 

  This product is designed for use in a static mode only. Do not move furniture with the raisers fitted. 

  Furniture may be heavy. Please take care when fitting the MPR  

 

Large Three Seater Settees - 1 MPR unit each end + 1 MPR as a central support (+ additional clip-on 
height sections

1.  For extra large settees it is preferable to use three independent MPR units. 
2.  If clip-on height sections are to be used they should be clipped onto the  central supports; it is 

important that all corners are of equal height.  

3.  Place one corner support under each arm, running front to back and one MPR unit as a central support 

in the middle. 

4.  If the furniture has any additional points of contact with the floor they too must be supported. 
5.  Make sure each corner support is tight up against the settee and tighten the wing nuts. 
6.  The MPR units can be linked with the extended spreader bar (LP/MPR510) as an optional extra.

1.  Ensure the combined weight of all users, furniture and storage space (if applicable) does not

2.  Ensure all the furniture’s points of contact with the floor are supported 
3.  Ensure all the supports are set at the same height
