1. Place receptacle in appropriate location with opening facing up.
2. Place plastic liner inside receptacle with opening facing up.
3. Attach grommet end of fabric tether to receptacle using one of the existing holes in the top
portion of the receptacle as shown in Diagram #1 (fasteners not included).
4. Attach spring snap, on end of fabric tether, to tie-down ring on contour or dome top as
shown in Diagram #1.
5. Place contour or dome top on receptacle.
