Hookup and Operation
Description of Machine
The AG11/AG13 utilizes 2 hydraulic valves on the tractor,
allowing it to function in 3 different directions.
The Scraper has the ability to:
•
Raise to a clearance from bit to ground of 20 inches
while lowering to a negative cut
•
Raise and lower the gate
•
Extend and retract the push-off wall
The gate and push-off wall functions are tied together
using the sequencing manifold found on the hitch. This
sequencing manifold allows 2 functions to be operated
by only 1 hydraulic valve on tractor.
Hose Wrap Designations
Color coded hose wraps are attached at the tip end of the
hoses to identify the 2 pairs of hydraulic lines to the
scraper.
•
Blue hose wrap is used on the raise and lower hoses
•
Yellow hose wrap is used on the gate/push-off wall
hoses
•
Long wrap is used on hydraulic out hose (Pressure)
•
Short wrap is used on hydraulic in hose (Return)
NOTE
The decal is located on the tongue of the machine
