COMPONENT OVERVIEW
2-11
The motor is located on the streetside center interior of the
enclosure, behind the vent and front covers. It is a 7.7kw,
29vac 3 phase internal air cooled variable speed induction
motor to provide power to the hydraulic pump. The
motor’s rpm is regulated by the controller and will fluctuate
during operation to protect the motor and batteries. The
motor and pump assembly runs constantly while the key
switch is in the “ON” position.
Requires complex electrical system troubleshooting and
repair. It is highly recommended to contact the Landoll

Hydraulic Hoses
WARNING
The hydraulic hoses and quick couplers are located on
the streetside exterior left frame panel of the enclosure,
just to the left of the charging port. When coupled to the
equipment, they provide the hydraulic pressure and return
paths needed to operate the equipment’s hydraulic
features,

Hydraulic Pressure
Transducers
There are two pressure transducers, one is mounted on
the pump pressure output port. The other is mounted on
the LS port of the main hydraulic manifold. They monitor
system working pressure and communicate with the
controller, regulating system pressure to conserve battery
power and motor temperature. When hydraulic operations
are paused, the system will slow down motor rpm’s
reducing system pressure. When hydraulic operations
resume, the system will speed up motor rpm’s increasing
system pressure.

Damage will occur if the power unit’s
hydraulic hoses are not coupled before
turning “ON” the motor and pump assembly.
Hoses must be coupled together or to the
equipment couplers.
