ASSEMBLY
3Pt Seeder Assembly
When shipped, seeder comes assembled except for
lights and 3Pt Hitch.
1. Support Seeder Assembly with a hoist or by similar
means capable of supporting its weight without
tipping.
2. Center 3Pt Hitch Assembly in relationship with the
Seed Box Center Bracket. Attach 3Pt Hitch to Seeder
Frame Tube with 5/8-11 U-Bolts, Lock Washers and
Nuts.
See Figure 2-4.
3. Install Manual Holder to 3Pt Hitch with Hose Clamps
4. 8 Ft and 10 Ft Seeders, install SMV Mount to Seed
Box Center Bracket with 1/2-13 x 1-1/2 Bolts and
Locknuts.

CAUTION
5. Be sure Parking Pin is locking Rear Roller down and
raise the Seeder. See Figure 2-2.
Figure 2-2: Parking Pin Engaged
6. On the right side of the Seeder Frame, in a similar
position as the Parking Pin, remove the 5/8-11
Shipping Bolt that also locks the Rear Roller down.

Do not disengage pin unless seeder is fully
attached to a tractor. Seeder may be rear-heavy
and tip backward on frame
