Doubling the Seed Rate
Seed rates can be doubled by using the 26-Tooth
Sprocket and extra chain links included with the seeder.
See Figure 3-8. Procedure is as follows:
1. Loosen drive chain.
2. Open chain at connector.
3. Remove 1/4" roll pin in 13- tooth sprocket and 3/4"
locknut on 26-Tooth Sprocket. See Figure 3-9.
4. Exchange sprockets to new positions and replace roll
pin and lcoknut.
5. Add extra chain links as provided with this seeder.
Adjust chain tension as shown on Page 4-3 .
