supplier from a neighbors
phone.
• If you cannot reach your gas
supplier, call the fire
department.
Low gas pressure
Too windy
Incorrect gas pressure
Glass rocks too dense
Glass rocks are wet
• Check fuel tank
• Wait until wind subsides
• Check gas supply pressure
• Glass rocks too compacted
around the burner plate
• Allow glass rocks to dry
