Assembly Instructions:
You will need these tools for assembly:
Medium phillips or flathead screw driver, pliers or small adjustable
wrench.
Step 1
Unpack all parts from the carton.
Step 2
Align leg (A) holes with holes in fire bowl (B) (Figure 1).
Insert four M6 x 30 bolts and secure with M6 nuts.
Tighten nuts with wrench (Figure 2).
Step 3
Attach front and back ring sections (C) to fire bowl
using four M6 x 12 bolts and secure with M6 nuts.
Tighten nuts with wrench (Figure 3).
Step 4
Attach side ring sections (CC) using four M6 x 12 bolts
and secure with M6 nuts. Tighten nuts with wrench
(Figure 4).
Step 5
Attach two side screen panels (J) to back screen panel
(G) using four M6 x 12 bolts and secure with M6 nuts.
Tighten nuts with wrench (Figure 5).
Step 6
Align holes of flat bar (D) to side screens and attach with
two M6 x 12 bolts and secure with M6 nuts. (Figure 6).
Step 7
Attach top screen / front screen panel (F) to screen
assembly using four M6 x 12 bolts and secure with M6
nuts (Figure 7).
Step 8
Make sure all bolts are securely tightened.
Step 9
Place screen assembly on fire bowl.
Step 10 Enjoy!
Maintenance:
The Northwoods Outdoor Fireplace may be cleaned with water and
mild detergent. Periodic maintenance is required to return painted
steel surfaces to original appearance. Remove any rust with
sandpaper or steel brush. Repaint with grill paint for high
temperature surfaces. Follow paint manufacturerʼs instructions.
