5. Attach 90

o

 elbows (#11) or straight adapters (#12)

to hydraulic hoses (#9 & #10) and tighten. 

6. Consult your power machine Operator’s Manual to 

determine which hydraulic line on your machine is 

under pressure. Select customer supplied male or 

female quick connect coupler (#13 or #14) that will 

mate with your machine’s pressure line coupler. 

7.

Attach selected quick connect coupler (#13 or #14) to 

pressure line (#10) and remaining coupler to return 

line (#9). Tighten couplers to hoses.

8. Secure hydraulic hoses (#9 & #10) behind 

1/4"-20 GR5 bolt (#16) and nylock nut (#15). Tighten 

nylock nut to the correct torque.

9. Reattach hose cover (#1) to main frame with existing 

5/16"-18 x 3/4" GR5 carriage bolts (#2), 

5/16"-18 x 1" GR5 carriage bolt (#3), and hex 

locknuts (#4). Tighten locknuts to the correct torque.

NOTE:  

Customer to select which fittings

 elbows #11 or straight adapters #12) that best 

fits equipment set-up to the power machine.

NOTE:  

Pressure line (#10) terminates at base end 

of hydraulic cylinders. Return line (#9) terminates at 

rod end of hydraulic cylinders.

Optional Hydraulic Hose Hook-up

Refer to Figure 1-3:

Upon request, you can purchase an optional hydraulic 

hose kit from Kubota for hooking up hydraulics to the skid 

steer on the left hand side of the grapple. 

Hydraulic Hose Kit No. 380-061A

Kit includes the following:
2 ea. 3/8" R2 x 59" long hydraulic hoses with 

3/4" FJIC swivel end & 9/16" MJIC on 

opposite end with fabric sleeve (#9 & #10)

2 ea. 3/4" MJIC x 1 1/16" MORB adapters (#12)
2 ea. 3/4" MJIC x 1 1/16" MORB 90

 elbows(#11)

1 ea. 1 1/16" FORB quick connect male coupler (#13)
1 ea. 1 1/16" FORB quick connect 

female coupler (#14)

Installation of Optional Hydraulic Hoses

Refer to Figure 1-3:

1. Remove plugs (#8) from fittings (#6A & #7A). 
2. Remove nylock nut (#15) and bolt (#16).
3. Attach hydraulic hose (#9) to fitting (#6A). 

Tighten hose to the fitting.

4. Attach hydraulic hose (#10) to fitting (#7A). 

Tighten hose to the fitting.
