Hook-up Ports “A” & “B” Hydraulic
Hoses to Bulkhead Mount & Loader
Refer to Figure 1-31 through Figure 1-33:
1.
Route swivel end of hydraulic hoses (#26A & #26B)
through hose stay (#2) towards bulkhead mount (#1).
2.
Attach swivel end of hydraulic hose (#26B) to bottom
bulkhead fitting (#5B) on bulkhead mount (#1), then
tighten hose fitting.
3.
Attach swivel end of hydraulic hose (#26A) to top
bulkhead fitting (#5A) on bulkhead mount (#1), then
tighten hose fitting.
4.
Slide the pre-installed hose sleeve (#29) as close as
possible to female couplers (#16).
5.
Secure hose sleeve (#29) to both hydraulic
hoses (#26A & #26B) by applying a cable tie (#31) at
each end of the hose sleeve (#29).
6.
Install the P-clamp (#30) onto both hydraulic
hoses (#26A & #26B).
7.
Secure P-clamp (#30) to the loader frame with a
3/8-16 bolt (#6), a flat washer (#11), and a flange lock
nut (#9). Tighten fasteners (#6 & #9) to
42 ft-lbs (31 Nm).
IMPORTANT:
Hydraulic hoses (#26A & #26B) must
be contained within hose sleeve (#29) prior to use of
the Third Function Valve Kit.
