Functional Description
Via AEC-TPS, CMS controls up to 2 DPS servomotors for positioning air and fuel valves, for
example, as part of electronic ratio control.
AEC-TPS has the following:
•
Outputs for activating 2 DPS AC motors (OPEN/CLOSED)
•
Inputs for connecting a potentiometer for read back the motor position
•
Input for connecting a redundant potentiometer (option).
•
Wear-free TRIACs for 230 VAC or 120 VAC for power switching
Resolution:
•
Representation of the position: 0 ... 999 digits
Channel configuration per channel
Parameters are scaling the channel feedback.
•
AEC-TPS configuration lower range (P 48, P 50)
•
AEC-TPS configuration upper range (P 49, P 51)
Setting the parameters, requires a reboot of the system.
Factory setting: 0 ... 65360
