Check the yellow indicator on the rear wheel gear actuators is in the middle position when

the shifter is in second gear, move the adjuster to bring it in to position

Check online documentation for adjusting specific hub gear model

Charger does not start

Light is green; battery is already charged

Check charger fuse

Connect charger to the mains instead of the battery

Motor does not start after changing rear tyre

Pull rear brake and check the red light is on the rear brake sensor, if not disconnect the

cable, extract sensor for about 10 cm and put it back in position

internet purchased bikes.
