Refrigerator doesn’t work • Make sure the appliance is switched on.

compressor’s functioning.
Refrigerator
compartment is too
warm
• The door is opened too frequently.
• A large amount of warm or hot food was stored.
• The refrigerator has been disconnected for a long time.
Food is frozen
The temperature was set too low.
There is a “waterflow”
noise inside the
refrigerator
No need to worry, it’s a normal phenomenon caused by the flow of the refrigerant.
There are waterdrops
around the refrigerator’s
casing and/or door gap
No need to worry, it’s a normal phenomenon, the moisture will condense into water when
it comes into contact with the cold surface of the refrigerator.
The compressor is slightly
noisy when starting
It is a normal phenomenon; the noise is reduced as soon as the compressor starts
functioning stably.
Code F1 is displayed
Possible cause: low voltage.
Adjust the battery protection mode from High to Medium or from Medium to Low.
Code F2 is displayed
Possible cause: the condenser’s fan is overloaded.
Switch the appliance off and leave it unplugged for 5 minutes then re-start it.
Code F3 is displayed
Possible cause: the appliance is turned ON and OFF too often.
Switch the appliance off and leave it unplugged for 5 minutes then re-start it.
Code F4 is displayed
Possible cause: the compressor isn’t working.

Code F5 is displayed
Possible cause: the compressor and the electronics are overheated.
