electrical or electronic products must not be disposed of with municipal waste. In order to dispose of the pro-
duct correctly, please take it to the designated collection points where it will be accepted free of charge. By
properly disposing of this product, you will help conserve valuable natural resources and help prevent potential
negative environmental and human health impacts that could result from improper waste disposal. For further

The warranty period for products is 24 months unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover dam-
age caused by non-standard use, mechanical damage, exposure to aggressive conditions, or handling con-

The warranty period for the battery is 24 months, for its lifetime 6 months or 600 cycles (whichever comes first).
Keep in mind that the maximum capacity of the battery decreases with time or use. Battery life is also depen-
dent on how the battery is used, charged and stored. The normal warranty period does not cover a reduction in
the maximum capacity of the battery or its life cycle as this is not a defect in the material.
Interfering with the hardware or software of the device, such as tampering with the control unit, motor, battery
or other controls, may void the warranty. In this case, the manufacturer is not obliged to accept the device for
warranty claim.
The warranty does not apply to equipment components referred to as consumables, such as bearings, tyres and
tubes, brake discs and pads, bulbs, cables and bowden cable, etc.
If the device was sold at a reduced price, the warranty does not cover defects or interventions for which the
lower price was set.
Neither the manufacturer, importer nor distributor shall be liable for any damages caused by unauthorised
tampering, installation, use contrary to the user manual, normal wear and tear or overloading.
After-warranty service can be ordered from the manufacturer‘s authorised service centre.
In order for a warranty claim to be accepted, it is assumed that the device has been operated in accordance
with this user manual, including operation, maintenance, cleaning and storage. Only equipment that is clean,
complete and has been properly packed for transport can be accepted for a claim.
