  Why is the control unit not illuminating?

Answer:  

 

Check that the appliance is plugged in and switched on at the socket. 

    

Check that the control unit is properly attached to the heated throw.

Why is my control unit on but there is no heat? 

Answer: 

 

Check that the connector plug is fully pushed into the connector. 

    

The heated throw automatically switches off after 3 hours and may have  

  

gone into Standby mode. Slide the temperature slider to the ‘OFF’ position  

  

and then back on. 

    

The heated throw may be faulty or damaged. If so, contact the Lakeland  

  

customer care team on 015394 88100.
