Question:
Why is the control unit not illuminating?
Answer:
Check that the detachable control lead is properly attached to the Plate
Warmer. The appliance may not be plugged in or switched on at
the socket.
Question:
Why is the light on the control unit flashing?
Answer:
Check that the connection plug is fully pushed into the connector.
The Plate Warmer automatically switches off after 5 hours and may have
gone into Standby mode, see ‘Instruction for use’.
The Plate Warmer may be faulty or damaged. If so, contact the Lakeland
customer care team on 015394 88100.
Question:
Why is there heat discolouration on the fabric?
Answer:
There may be a fault with the appliance, discontinue use and contact the
Lakeland customer care team on 015394 88100.
