INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This travel kettle is dual-voltage for making drinks at home and abroad. Before using,
please select the correct voltage for the country you are in by turning the dial on the
underside of the kettle. The kettle may be damaged if the correct voltage is not selected.

• Ensure the kettle is unplugged and open the lid.

• Fill with fresh, cold water, paying attention to the ‘MAX’ mark inside the kettle.

Boiling water may escape from the spout if the kettle is too full. The maximum capacity
is 500ml.

• Press the lid down, you will hear a ‘click’ when it is closed securely.

• Plug in the kettle. Press the kettle On/off switch. The indicator light will show the kettle

is working.

• The kettle will switch off automatically when the water has boiled.

• To re-boil, let the kettle cool down a little before pressing the On/off switch again.

• After use, the kettle should be emptied of water. Switch off at the socket and unplug.

• Allow the kettle to cool down completely before storing in its drawstring bag.

WARNING:

The kettle will be hot to touch when it is heating and for some time

after it is has boiled. Avoid touching surfaces other than the handle, and use lid
switch to open. Steam will escape as soon as the lid is opened.

BOIL-DRY PROTECTION

If the kettle is switched on with too little or no water, it will cut out automatically to stop
it boiling dry. To reset the On/off switch, unplug the kettle and let it cool before filling with
