7. Maintenance:
Preventive maintenance and routine maintenance are extremely essential to minimize disruption
in manufacturing caused by equipment failures. Especially wood working machines used in
dusty conditions.
The recommended maintenance schedule (below) specifies maintenance requirements to keep
the machine in the best working condition. Maintenance should be performed as outlined.
I: General checking: clean up, adjust, lubricating or replace.
C : Clean
L: Lubricate
R: Replace
Working mode of machine: 1 shift (8 hours)/day; 6 days/week ; 4 weeks/month.
