5. ANCHORING, MOORING AND TOWING

Keep the chain locker hatch cover closed at sea

Towing should be done at low speeds

A tow should be secured in such a way that it can be released under load

The owner should ensure that dock lines, tow ropes, attachment points and chains correspond to conditions
of use of the boat.
