1- Before cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged and at room temperature.
2- Wash the chocolate that may remain attached to the tower trays, on the main tray and on the
inside propeller. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
3- Do not pour the melted chocolate down the drain, as it may solidify and clog pipes
4- Carefully remove the tower and propeller, as you may find a large amount of chocolate inside
the tower. Wash with plenty of hot water.
5- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling it.
6- Remember that the motor unit can not be submerged in water. Clean it with a moist rag, making
sure to dry it after cleaning.
7- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away from
humidity.

1.- Place the unit as indicated in the location before installing.
2- Place the control to the "HEAT" position and start heating the tray. Wait at least 5 minutes. Add
a soupspoon full of natural oil.
3- Rotate the "FOUNTAIN" position control so that the propeller begins to rotate and the chocolate
ascends inside the tower.
4- When melting chocolate add at least one soupspoon of natural oil for each 200 g of chocolate.
Stir the mixture to check its uniformity.
5- Add melted chocolate beads to the stainless steel tray, without exceeding the recommended
maximum weight or the melted chocolate may pour over the tray.
6- Verify that the chocolate cascade is homogeneous, and if not, carefully rotate the levelling feet
until the chocolate flows uniformly.
7- To turn off the fountain, rotate the "FOUNTAIN" and the "HEAT" buttons, and set the control to OFF.
