Shut down
After using, please press the "ON/OFF" button, the induction cooker will stop heating.
The fan will stop running after 1 minute to cool the induction cooker down, then unplug the
cooker and clean the cooker body.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Please unplug the cooker before cleaning, after the ceramic plate isn't hot, you can start
cleaning.
2.- The dust around the air entry and air vent can be cleaned lightly with flexible dry cloth or a
flexible brush or cleaner.
3.- The slight dirt on the ceramic panel: please clean with soft wet cloth.
4.- The oily dirt: clean with soft wet cloth dipped in little toothpaste or neutral detergent and
clean with soft wet cloth until no residue exists.
Troubleshooting Guide
1.- Power cord replacement
If the power cord is damaged, please contact the relevant after-sale service agent, who will
dispatch personnel for the repair. For the purpose of your safety, please never replace it by
yourself.
2.- Trouble shooting
If an abnormality comes up, the induction hotplate will enter the protective state automatically and
display corresponding protective codes:

E0
Cause: No cookware or the cookware is not suitable for the induction cooker.
Solution: Put the suitable cookware on the cooking zone.
E1
Cause: The device becomes too hot (e.g. due to blocked ventilation slots)
Solution: Clear/unblock ventilation slots. Let the device cool off for a few minutes; the
device is ready for operation afterwards. Contact the retailer in case the
error message remains indicated in the display after the device has cooled
off.
Cause: Parts are damaged (e.g. transistor)
Solution: Contact retailer.
E2
Cause: Overheating-protection was activated and the device switched off.
Solution: Remove the cookware from the hob. Let the device cool off for a few
minutes. The device is ready for operation afterwards.
E3
Cause: Temporary overvoltage, device became too hot.
Solution: Let the device cool off for a few minutes. The devices is ready for
operation
afterwards.
