4. Re-insert the cartridge and reassemble the input module as demonstrated in Figure
11.
5. Close the plastic tab and ensure the desired voltage (115 or 230 VAC) is displayed
in the window.
To replace a fuse, remove the power cord and pry up the plastic tab on the top end of the module as dis-
cussed above. Remove the voltage cartridge from the module and remove the defective fuses. At the fac-
tory, Labsphere always installs two fuses of the same rating into the voltage cartridge, no matter what the
intended voltage configuration. Install the appropriate replacement fuses into the cartridge, as shown in
Figure 12, and load the cartridge into the input module in the correct orientation. Reassemble the line
voltage input module, ensuring the desired voltage (115 or 230 VAC) is displayed in the window.
Figure 11. Re-installing the fuse cartridge.
Figure 12. Labsphere always installs two fuses of the proper rating to correspond to your coun-
try’s power configuration. If you are changing the power configuration, say from 115VAC to
230VAC, you must install fuses with the correct rating.
