Packing Refuse In
The Hopper
Use the crusher panel to pack the
collected refuse in the hopper. That is,
when you have collected a given
amount of refuse in the hopper and
particularly, when there are large
objects, you will activate the crusher
panel to crush such refuse in the
hopper of the Expert(t) 2000
TM
and
therefore, be able to push it into the
body with the aid of the packer. The
crusher panel is a heavy duty steel
board that is extended and retracted
over the hopper to crush the refuse
material. This board is moved by a
hydraulic cylinder and directly
controlled from the hydraulic valve.
To pack refuse in the hopper:
1. Make sure the arm is out of the
hopper area.
2. On the valve, move the control
lever down to lower the crusher
panel.
3. Once the refuse material has
been packed in the hopper,
