6.2 Installation
6.2.1 Install the Bluetooth flowmeter
The Bluetooth flowmeter is supplied with flowsensor, stand, funnel and
urine container as displayed below. The Bluetooth flowmeter only works when
the LABORIE software with Bluetooth functionality has been installed on your
computer (see § 3.2). In the figure below, the flowmeter and its parts are
illustrated.

The Bluetooth flowsensor needs four batteries (type AA Alkaline or NiMH) in
the battery compartment. Under normal circumstances the flowmeter is
expected to run for over one month on a single set of batteries. Optionally, the
Bluetooth flowsensor can be powered by the power adapter.
Install the Bluetooth flowmeter as follows:

Fasten the flow stand pole [7] on the flow stand foot [10] with the plastic
protection and the M6 x 65 mm screw.

Slide the flow stand holder [9] over the flow stand pole [7].

Fasten the flow stand holder [9] at the desired height with the vertical
position lock-knob [8]. Note: lift the flow stand holder [9] a little when you
want to change the height of the flow stand holder.
