Urodynamic Catheters & Transducers
3.1
Introduction
In this chapter, you will find instructions about preparing the catheters and the
pressure transducers before performing one of the following investigations:

Cystometry
•
Pressure-flow study
•
Urethral pressure profile (UPP)
•
Gynecology study
The preparations of the catheters and transducers can be different depending
on the type of catheters and transducers used and the number of pressures
measured:
