FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS: 

    RESET 

Press the button more than 3 seconds will reset all functional values to zero 

except ODO

 

    SCAN 

Press the button until the arrow points to SCAN, monitor will automatically cycle 

  display TIME

SPEED

DIST

CAL and ODO. 

    SPEED:( unit=KM/H or MPH) 

Press the button until the arrow points to SPEED, monitor will display the current 

Speed. If the monitor display M in bottom-right, the unit of speed is MPH. If the 

monitor do not display M in bottom-right, the unit of speed is KM/H.(MPH: Mile per 

  hour; KM/H: Kilometer per hour) 

    DISTANCE:(unit=Kilometer or Mile) 

Press the button until the arrow points to DIST, monitor will display the trip 

distance you are traveling. If the monitor DISPLAY M in bottom-right

the unit of 

distance is Mile. If the monitor do not display M in bottom-right

the unit of distance 

  is Kilometer

 

    TIME:(unit=Minute:second) 

Press the button until the arrow points to TIME

monitor will display your 

exercising time

 

    ODOMETER:(unit=Kilometer or Mile) 

Press the button until the arrow points to ODO

monitor will display the total 

accumulated distance

 

    CALORIES:(unit=Calorie) 

Press the button until the arrow points to CAL

monitor will display the 

  calories consumption

 

    PULSE:(unit=Beats per minute) 

Press MODE button until

     

appears at PULSE position
