E-mail Functions
To receive e-mails on your wireless display, you must enable e-mail messages
with your online account. The e-mail settings are found under "Advanced Audio
Settings" when setting up your display - the checkbox next to "Enable Email for
This Device" must be checked.
To prevent unwanted e-mail(spam) from being sent to your display, you must add
any e-mail addresses that you wish to receive messages from to the "whitelist".
You can add a single e-mail address, or add an entire domain by leaving out the
username and just adding "@domainhere.com" to the "whitelist". This will allow
you to receive messages from any e-mail address at the entered domain.
Your e-mail address will be set to
:
YourWeatherDirect®[email protected].
You can set up your existing e-mail account to forward or "CC" messages
to your Weather Direct® e-mail address using the tools provided by your
existing e-mail host if you wish. We cannot assist you with this process,
because every e-mail host is different.
The
, A, B and C
keys have a second function when the device is in "EMAIL"
mode. The labels for the second functions are printed on the back of the wireless
display, and can easily be read by tilting the display toward you so you can read
the labels on the back from above the display:
