Replacing the light bulbs

Lower and upper lights 1:

Remove the ring around the lantern lens.

Carefully pry the lens away from the lantern. Using tweezers, remove and
replace the bulb. Reassemble.

Interior lights 3:

To replace the interior light bulbs, the model must be

disassembled. We recommend installation of these parts at an authorized
LGB service station.

Disassembly:
- Unhook the bottom of the five hoses at the front and rear of the railbus
and rotate the hoses sideways to clear the chassis.
- Place the railbus upside down on a soft surface.
- Remove eight screws along the sides of the railbus underneath the floor.
- Remove four screws on the front and rear of the railbus underneath the
hoses.
- Remember the way the wiring cables run in the corners of the railbus
floor.
- Carefully pull the chasiss out of the railbus body. Guide the wiring cables
in the corners through their slots.
- Do not turn over or shake the railbus body, as this would cause the
windows, doors and interior detail pieces to fall out.
- Replace the light bulbs.

Patience is required for reassembly:
- If the seats have remained in the railbus body, remove them and place
them on the floor.
- Carefully insert the chassis with the seats into the railbus body.
- Make sure the wiring cables in the center compartment are not pinched.
- Make sure the grey window cover in the center compartment is placed
correctly.
- Make sure that the wiring cables in the corners of the railbus floor are
pulled through their slots and are not pinched by the doors or the cab
floors.
- Replace the screws and hook the hoses in place.
