Warranty Information
We warrants to the original purchaser that the hardware product shall
be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months
from the date of purchase. Please contact with your local Kyokuyo
electric authorized distributor and do not send any products to Kyokuyo
electric directly without contacting us first.
The warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances:
(A)
If the product has been damaged through misuse, unreasonable
use, negligence, fault voltage supply, accidents, or by other causes
unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
(B) If the product has been modified or tampered with.
(C) If the serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.
