rectly.
1. Defective connector
cable or poor con-
tact in the connector.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
PF cassette size switch and PF main PWB (YC2)
2. Defective PF cas-
sette size switch.
Replace the PF cassette size switch.
3. Defective PWB.
Replace the PF main PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-4-6).

A paper jam in
paper feeder is
indicated when the
main power switch
is turned on.
1. A piece of paper torn
from paper is caught
around PF paper
feed sensor.
Check visually and remove it, if any.
2. Defective PF paper
feed sensor.
Replace the PF paper feed sensor.

ing cover open is
displayed when the
PF rear cover is
closed.
1. Defective PF rear
cover switch.
Replace the PF rear cover switch.
2. Defective PWB.
Replace the PF main PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-4-6).
