& ADJUSTMENT

Adjust the brake lever free play with the brake
adjusting nuts.

After adjustment, fully apply the brake levers and
check if the free play is within the specified value

CAUTION:

After the brake is adjusted, align the groove of
adjusting nut with the pin in order to avoid
accident and danger during riding.
(9) BRAKE SHOE INSPECTION

When the brake lever is fully applied, if the mark
“

” on the brake indicator aligns with the
reference mark “
△
” on the brake panel, it means
the brake shoe is worn out. Go to our designated
distributors or service stations for brake shoe
replacing.
