Temporarily install the oil pump shaft. 

Install the outer and inner rotors into the oil 

pump body. 

 
Measure the tip clearance. 
 

Service limit: 0.2 mm (0.008 in) 

 
 
 
 
 

 

Measure the pump body clearance.
