LIKE 200I FUEL LINE FITTING INSPECTION/ REPAIR PROCEDURE
Loosen the clamp and check the position of the
fuel line. Tighten the clamp to 18-23 lbf-in. with
a 0-30 lbf-in torque wrench and 7mm socket.

Loosen the clamp and check the position of the
fuel line. Tighten the clamp to 18-23 lbf-in. with
a 0-30 lbf-in torque wrench and 7mm socket.
When torquing the fuel line clamp at the fuel
injector, make sure to firmly support the fuel
injector at the fuel line clamp with your hand.
Step: 6
Check the length of the exposed tail of the
clamp for approximately 9/16” with a 6” scale to
confirm. If the exposed length is less than 9/16”,
re-torque until the exposed tail end has 7 steps
showing.
Step: 7
Turn on the main switch, start the engine and let the unit idle for 2 minutes. Open the
throttle slightly, checking for leaks. If no leak is present after 5 minutes, proceed to step 9.

Re-assemble the unit.
