4. The anti-fall sensor is abnormal.  
5. The shading brush is damaged.  
6. The safe adsorption is 
abnormal. 

1. Check the abnormal status of the device using indicators and the 
APP and rectify the fault.  
2. Check whether components are damaged or blocked by 
obstacles.  
3. Check the component type and tilt of the current scenario.  
4. Check the abnormal status of the device by using indicators and 
APP, and check whether the anti-fall sensor is blocked by foreign 
objects.  
5. Check whether the shading brush is complete and has shading 
effect.  
6. Place Kwun in the starting position, hold down the start/standby 
button for 2s, and release after hearing the working sound of the 
adsorption fan.
