4.8 Technical solution of connecting bridge
4.8.1 The role of the bridge
During the installation layout design, corridors are reserved around the array. Under normal circumstances, the equipment cannot automatically cross gaps/corridors exceeding 5cm when
operating independently.
Therefore, when reaching the left and right edge aisles, turn around to continue the operation, and when reaching the front and rear end edge aisles, turn around to complete a cleaning task.
If the number of PV array is small, the time to complete an independent array is fast, and the frequency of moving or remote control to adjacent arrays is high.
Under the condition that safety conditions are met, the connecting bridge connects multiple photovoltaic arrays horizontally or longitudinally to minimize The Times of equipment handling or
remote control and improve work efficiency.
4.8.2 Straddle bridge
A black bridge deck with a width of 600mm and a virtual guide line with a width of 4~6mm
white was laid horizontally along the operation track along the adjacent array aisle at the
left and right ends.
The virtual guide line simplifies the surface texture of PV panel and only highlights the
spacing stripes between PV cells.
In this way, the bridge deck will be simulated to replace the PV panel. Kwun will use the
virtual main gate line along the bridge deck as the guide to successfully pass through the
bridge deck and complete the cross-array operation.
