Hydraulic hoses
Lower the machine to the work position.
Depressurise the system.
Switch off the tractor.
Remove the ignition key.
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses.
Replace hydraulic hoses.
Hydraulic system at zero pressure
Work must only be performed on the hydraulic system if the tractor
and machine hydraulic system is at zero pressure. A pressurised
hydraulic system can trigger unpredictable movements of the ma-
chine and can cause serious machine damage and personal in-
jury. Serious or fatal injury may be caused as a result.
Exercise caution when welding
Do not perform any welding work in the vicinity of the hydraulic ho-
ses. Hydraulic oil can catch fire very easily.
Clean hydraulic system
Close or disconnect the quick couplings with great care. Remove
any dirt or air which has entered the hydraulic system. The hyd-
raulic system may otherwise be seriously damaged. Material da-
mage or personal injury may be caused as a result.
Collect escaping oil
Escaping oil must be collected and disposed of in accordance with
national regulations. Otherwise, damage may be caused to the
environment.
Replace hydraulic hoses every six years
Hydraulic hoses age without showing externally visible signs.
Replace hydraulic hoses every six years. Defective hydraulic lines
can cause serious or fatal injuries.
