Prior to road
transport
The implement must be towed in the transport position for all journeys
on public roads or when in the park position. The following steps are
necessary to set the machine to the transport position:
»Set the lowest transport height«
»Locking the tine supports in the transport holder«
»Moving the machine into the transport position«
Before swivelling the rotors into the transport position, switch off the
PTO shaft and wait for the rotors to come to a stop.

Raise the machine to the headland position using the single-acting
hydraulic control device in the tractor.
Adjust the swath to the smallest width using the double-acting
hydraulic control device in the tractor.
Fold in the deflector

Before removing the tine arms, move all the protective devices around
the rotors from the transport to the work position, and lock them in
place. Proceed as follows:
Lower the machine to the work position using the single-acting
hydraulic control device.
Switch off the tractor and secure it.
Close the ball valve.
Release the deflector bar by pulling it out of the lock for the work
position.
Fold the deflector bar through 180° and engage it in the lock for the
transport position.
