Transport
Regulations
•
Comply with the Highway Code when driving
on public roads.
•
Check that your hitch complies with local road safety legislation.
Where applicable, it is your responsibility to install and test the
transport equipment (for example lighting, signals, guards, etc.)
corresponding to the characteristics of your tractor-machine
assembly and the applicable statutory requirements.
•
Ensure that the machine dimensions comply with the highway
code.
Carrying persons
Carrying persons during work or during transport is prohibited.
Braking
For all movements, brakes must be coupled (no single wheel braking).
Moving off the field
The machine must not be moved outside the field or near people until
the fold-away extensions or the fold-away or tipping accessories (if
any) have been locked in the transport position.
Hydraulic
The hydraulic hoses of the folding jacks must be disconnected to
prevent accidental unfolding.
Lifting
•
Secure the lower lifting arms to prevent them from swinging out.
•
The lift control should be positioned so as to prevent the tool from
being accidentally lowered.
Axle
For machines with a transport axle, secure the axle locking system
prior to traveling on the road.

CAUTION
Machine offset
On a bend, be aware of the machine offset and that the load is also
off-center. Adjust your forward speed accordingly.
