9. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTION
The Maser may be stored for one year from the date of Delivery Date.
The Maser should be stored in an environment with the following conditions:
environmental temperature: +5
C…+40
C;
relative humidity: up to 80%.
The storage area should be free of dust, acid and alkali, vapor causing corrosion.
Attention!
Periodically (once in one month) unpack the instruments, connect them to the ac line
outlet to drive discriminator ion pump according to Section 7.2.
Unpack and repack the Maser according to Section 6.1.
Personnel acquainted with prevention and safety rules should perform periodic preventive
maintenance, unpacking and repacking of the Maser.
The Maser may be shipped in a container by all types of transport at environment temperature

C…+50
C.
The Maser should be protected against atmospheric precipitates and dust. Do not turn it over. Time
of transportation should pot exceed 30 days after the date of packing the unit.
Before transportation pack the instrument in accordance to Section 6.1.
Attention!
The Maser must be put into operating during one month after the packing date and a
customer must note the date of putting the unit into operation in the Operating Manual.
