will open an advanced settings menu where you can
select bandwidth, symbol rate, as well as set thresholds for the parameters of the currently
selected modulation. These parameters include - Level, C/N, MER, BER, CBER, VBER, SNR,
Bitrate, Delay, CC errors (depends on the selected modulation)
